Paul Glen Paul
has more than a decade of experience in all aspects of the technical
professional services industry including P&L Business
Management, Turnaround Management, International Expansion, Sales
Management, Corporate Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Project
Management, Product Marketing, Compensation Planning, and Software
Development.
Prior to launching his own consulting
company this year, Paul was the Western Regional Manager for SEI
Information Technology where he led the turnaround of a shrinking
region with low margins and high employee turnover to dramatic
growth of revenue margins and employee retention. Specifically, in
1998, he was responsible for revenue growth of 60% and profit
increases of 100% over 1997. Clients included McDonalds Corporation
and Motorola Cellular Systems.
As a past manager of a 70-consultant
region, Paul is an ideal trainer and consultant for HEI's technology
clients. He is certified to teach Microsoft's popular Microsoft
Solutions Framework (MSF) course known as Principles of Application
Development.
Paul is a recognized expert in
technology services. He is currently teaching a course in Marketing
of High Technology Products and Services for Loyola Marymount
University's MBA program. Students and corporations enjoy his
