As owner of Computer Literate, Jayne has over a decade of training experience with specialization in the areas of end-user software and office automation. Working with clients such as Telcordia, Motorola, Philip Morris and United Talent Agency, Nabisco, the U.S. Navy, Prudential and Lipton, Jayne has designed and taught hands-on software classes and done research and development on new office automation techniques. She has created train-the-trainer programs for in-house corporate training programs and has produced proprietary training videos for a major telecommunications corporation.

Jayne has also overseen the hiring, training, and development of a staff of trainers on the East Coast of the U.S. for her own business. This experience, coupled with her work with Microsoft Certified Solution Providers has made her an excellent trainer for our Microsoft courses. Jayne has worked with HEI for almost three years facilitating training sessions around the world, but especially in Latin American countries where her fluent Spanish speaking skills can be utilized.

She lives in Seattle, Washington where she enjoys playing tennis, working out, and spending most of her free time entertaining her children.
