Is the founder and CEO of HEI. For more than 10 years she has been a top rated speaker, trainer and organizational consultant. Jan's fundamental leadership and coaching skills were honed through a decade of experiences advancing through management positions at the Procter & Gamble Distributing Company prior to starting her firm. She is the author of Smart Women, Smart Moves. People hire Jan because they know she will get the job done.

Specializes in technical consulting, particularly in the area of accounting software. For the past three years, she has worked with HEI to design and facilitate consulting skills courseware for Microsoft Corporation worldwide. She has also assisted us with the Grove's Strategic Visioning^TM process consulting for our clients. Teri oversees some of our headquarter business operations as well.

Jayne Ramirez Spector
Is a vibrant trainer, business owner and PowerPoint guru. Speaking fluent Spanish, we've been fortunate to utilize Jayne's talents to enrich our training in Mexico, Latin America and South America. She has helped us design and create our workshop content and materials. For the past few years she has been a highly rated facilitator of our Microsoft consulting skills courses around the world.

Vanessa Weaver, Ph.D.
Dr. Weaver has over 20 years experience in organizational management and human resources, with an emphasis on business restructuring, marketing and diversity management. She specializes in the recruitment, retention, development and advancement of women and multi-cultural employees. She is President and founder of Alignment Strategies, Inc., a Washington, D.C. business consulting firm. Vanessa and Jan have partnered on several diversity programs for clients such as Hershey's Chocolate U.S.A., Quaker Oats and Procter and Gamble.

Paul Glen
Specializes in soft skill training and organizational consulting for technology firms. He is our facilitator for the highly rated Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) courses. Paul has recently launched the Technical Consulting Skills Institute out of Marina Del Rey, California to help improve the outcomes of projects and the careers of IT professionals.

Mike Brewis
Mike is owner and principal of his own training firm known as MB Associates located in England. He has over a decade of training experience with specialization in the areas of Sales and Personal Development skills. Mike has been providing Microsoft Corporation with a range of personal development skills training for the past seven years and has delivered training for Hill Enterprises, Inc. since 1999.

Mike is a certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator trainer and is an NLP Master Practitioner. Importantly, Mike speaks fluent French and has an interest in Accelerated Learning. He also has an amazing sense of humor!
