We make strategic planning and visioning fun and productive by utilizing a process engineered by The Grove Consultants International. 

We’ve recently begun working with artist and master graphic recorder, Diana Arsenian. Diana’s “Vision Maps” have helped individuals and organizations form a clearer picture of who they are and where they want to go.

Case Study: Los Angeles County Bureau of Family Support Operations
District Attorney Gil Garcetti’s dream was to make the BFSO the “Nordstrom of Family Support”, leading all other similar offices around the country in terms of service and collections. 

A group of approximately 40 people from the Bureau were assembled to participate in the Strategic Visioning Process. The goal was to create a plan that had buy-in from key people and functions within the organization.

Tapping into the heartfelt commitments of the group, the vision “We provide a better world for children” was developed. The mission they elected to support was “To lead the nation in enforcing the financial responsibilities of parents to support their children”. The group’s operating values were captured and ultimately 5 Bold Steps were chosen to propel the BFSO along the course of achieving its vision.
