Plus/Delta

The Plus/Delta tool is designed to capture feedback on the effectiveness of a meeting, seminar, or any type of session. The feedback helps the session leader(s) make the necessary changes in order to improve the next session.

How Plus/Delta Works
Step 1 Draw a line down the center of a piece of paper or a flip chart page.
Step 2 Label the left column

Step 3 In the left column, record those aspects of the day that went well. Write down particular strengths of the day, good planning efforts, or effective tools.

Step 4 In the right column, list opportunities for improvement—things you would change to make the next session more effective.

The brainstorming was helpful. Interruptions—we need to listen to one person at a time and not interrupt. 
People were prepared.
