Libraries
We have several competency libraries to access to help you in creating your company’s overall competency/skill model. First we consult with you to determine your company’s guiding values or principles. From this we determine which behaviors you need to see in your organization to support these values. This provides us with the core competencies for everyone in your organization. Then, we work with you to determine the different skill sets required by each major position or function.
These skill sets are defined in terms of observable behavior. With this foundation, you can create interview questions for hiring, job descriptions and career path clarifications.
