360° Feedbackä
Using a 360°
feedback process trademarked by TEAMS Inc., we provide
individual assessments that are credible and motivating
because individuals first rate their
own skills or behaviors and then see how their evaluation stacks up
against assessments by reliable peers, clients, supervisors and direct
reports. In a study at a technical firm, TEAMS Inc.
discovered that individual satisfaction with 360°
feedback was 88% as opposed to the traditional single
source evaluation system such as supervisor to individual which netted only 21% satisfaction.
This approach is ideal for situations where individuals are part of a "virtual
team" or where their supervisors are not able to observe their day-to-day activities.

We use this tool developed by Management Research Group to help individuals and teams explore work/life balance issues,
strategies and successes. Changing dynamics in the workplace such
as job hopping and dual career families coupled with expanding
personal choices where people are evaluating success not only by their paycheck, but by their
own level of personal fulfillment makes this a necessary tool for employee retention.
After filling out a provocative questionnaire,
individuals are presented with an overview of their life
situation in three key reports supported with user friendly analysis
and exercises for consideration. A Hill Enterprises Inc. coach then reviews the data with each
person to help them determine where to focus their energies for maximum satisfaction.

Appraise
Your World
This pie chart clearly shows the
degree of emphasis a person places in various world
sectors (Personal Self, Professional Self,
Leisure Self, Inner Self) based on their values, beliefs, interests and/or time
spent in each sector. This helps people determine if
they are living their life according to what is important
to them. It can also highlight key areas of passion that are going unfulfilled so
that they can refocus their energies to improve the quality of their life.

Individual Directions Inventory
This measures an individual’s degree of emotional satisfaction derived from
various situations and behaviors. It is not a skill
measurement; rather it highlights areas of interest or behaviors that
a person enjoys or dislikes. This can be a great help in designing a career
strategy or evaluating satisfaction or stress in a current job or life pursuit.

World Outcomes
This graphically
depicts the degree to which an individual believes that
the world they have created is providing the results they
seek. Key components are satisfaction, security, growth, balance and present support. This can affirm a
life well lived, or send a warning signal that things need to change.
