	Diversity Interventions: Our services range from awareness training to conflict resolution, and include assistance in developing a strategic diversity plan along with specific interventions to assist in the recruitment and retention of a diverse workforce.
	Meeting Facilitation/Keynotes: Regardless of whether it's a 5-minute briefing, a conference call, videoconference, or year-end gala, we provide tools and coaching to help design and facilitate this valuable time spent with others.
	Educational Consulting : We offer three key services in this area: courseware design, classroom facilitation, and train-the-trainer sessions.
